Wonder Hanger

The Wonder Hanger® is an affordable tool that’s great for any Spring Cleaning features. This cascading clothes organizer increases closet space by enabling you to stack clothes vertically. Each Wonder Hanger holds 5 wood, metal or plastic hangers. There are 8 hangers to a package – enough to hang 40 garments. The open-mouth design allows you to easily add or remove your jackets, skirts, pants and shirts. Supporting up to 20 pounds, it can hold up to 5 heavy winter jackets.

Wonder HangerYou can use it to group complete outfits or similar items, organize by color or season, and hang handbags or belts. It retails for $9.99 and can be purchased at major retail chains including Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond and CVS and online at www.buywonderhanger.com.

My thoughts: If you are a regular blog reader than you might already know that I like to organize. I actually like to clean out closets! I used to "help" my younger sister clean out her closet. After a while, she would disappear, but I didn’t mind. There’s something about a freshly organized space that makes me happy.

These days I have no shortage of closets to organize. Well, actually I could use more closets. With 2 kids per bedroom, the closets get a little tight! So Wonder Hanger is a great fit for us in our tight spaces.

I have been using the concept of the Wonder Hanger for years. Have you seen those clip hangers with little hooks on the front? You can hang another hanger on the hook and use more vertical closet space for skirts, shorts, or even pants. But those clips break off. The Wonder Hanger is more versatile. You can use any type of hanger (except extra large plastic ones) in the slot and then easily remove one side of the Wonder Hanger from the bar and you have an automatic tiered hanger. So in addition to skirts or shorts, you can use them for shirts, jackets, or coats as well. There are no moving parts to break. Sometimes simple is best, and I think this is one of those times.

Another neat use for the Wonder Hanger is as an organizer for pocket books or belts. I’ve tried one with my pocket books and am pleased with the results. However, you couldn’t use it with any bag with a wide strap.

So are you ready to try the Wonder Hanger? I have one set to give away. (That’s enough to hang 40 items!)

  1. Hmm. Our kids' closets don't have long bars to use one of these on. They have bars similar to this, but they stick out from the back wall. We usually leave them up, but they can fold down, too.

Torn between saying my husband's closet needs this … or the hall coat closet. Since I am hoping to get all the winter coats squeezed into the small closet out of the way until next winter … I'll say the hall closet.

  2. My bedroom closet needs this! Between my clothes and hubby's it is full (and a small closet to boot!).

  3. I need to organize my own closet the most. It houses my own and my husband's clothes, plus the 2 year old's clothes, all the cloth diaper paraphernalia, plus gift wrap, all the stashed birthday presents and more.

    Thanks for offering this giveaway!

  4. Our bedroom closet is definitely where we would use the Wonder Hangers. Even though our three kids share a room, they always seem to have plenty of room. But my husband and I are always cramped for space in our closet.

  5. I think I'd try this in dd's closet. It would be great way to organize mix and match outfits. Or maybe our overstuffed coat closet…

  10. Since we just moved in a few months ago, I have ALL the closets to organize. I'll probably tackle the front hall closet first since company might actually look in that one. Then, master bedroom comes next.
