Well, the baby decided that I shouldn’t have to spend Christmas in the hospital. On Christmas Eve we went to a drop-in at an old friend of my husband’s. Then after an afternoon church service, we had my in-laws over for snacks.
Here is the whole family. We have trouble getting everyone to smile at the same time. We have trouble getting my younger son to smile at all for the camera.
We opened our presents on Christmas morning.
Oldest son got a keyboard.
Oldest daughter got lots of craft things.
Younger son did smile when he opened his remote control car.
Little one is all smiles. This is a dry erase set to practice letters and numbers.
We went to my in-laws house for Christmas dinner. By late afternoon, the rare Christmas snow had accumulated enough to play in,
build LARGE things,
and a snowman of course!
Here’s a view of our backyard on the 26th!
And for those of you who are wondering… the baby is not here yet. BUT, he will be making his appearance sometime tomorrow (12/29) unless he decides to arrive on his own sooner.

I think that family photo looks great. And it sounds like you all had a great Christmas. Praying the baby shows before the 29th. 🙂

now, your son has been born. CONGRATULATIONS!!! What a blessing.
I’m praying the new year allows me to be more “with it”, because
this last year has been horrific! lol I’m so glad yours has been
better 🙂
