This is my husband’s packing list for vacation. I’ve always been the organized one. So when my husband steps up and makes a list, I have to applaud him. (Though I do think of how I would do it differently.)
But does it really matter that it’s got things to do mixed in with things to take?
Does it matter that the list is not categorized?
I think reading over the list is interesting. You can infer what is important to us by what we can’t live a week without. (You can also tell what he’s afraid we might forget by the ALL CAPS. I actually forgot to pack him shorts one time when we went on a trip. I don’t think I’ll ever live that down.)

That really is a very complete list. Usually I separate what needs to be done and things to take. But other times I’m like your husband, and have just one master list with it all on there. As long as it’s written down, that’s what I think. 🙂

Hmm, looks a lot like mine, only I keep adding things to my list, things I have already done. Then I cross them out so I can feel like I am really getting things accomplished! If I were a really organized list person, I would have categories. Clothes. Toiletries and meds. Food/snacks. Things for Kids to Do. Other. Etc. I think your hubby is doing great! 🙂
LOVE it! I can only imagine what Brian’s list might look like. 🙂
Let me guess, you are going to the beach? I keep my list on an Excel spread sheet and print a new one each time we leave. That’s great that your husband took initiative to write a list. Have fun!
Actually, I just got back! I love that we can schedule posts ahead of time now!
